On the streets of Houston, Texas, every car crash, DUI stop or police chase sets off a mad dash of tow truck drivers across the city. Only the one who "hooks up" the luckless auto will pocket the tow fee - in the tow drivers' parlance, "If you're first on the scene, you get the green." Follow good ol' bad boy James Roy and his team of wrecker drivers as they do whatever it takes to keep their piece of the action - high speed driving, dirty tricks and fistfights are the order of the day when rival drivers come on the scene! With a reckless abandon and winner-take-all mentality reminiscent of the Wild West, James and his crew may be the last of the real cowboys.
